People
Before founding Parsing in 2025, Renaud Haberkorn was a Managing Partner and member of the Executive Committee of Eurazeo and Head of its real asset division for 10 years.
He has over 27 years of experience in the real asset industry, spanning a range of underlying investment strategies as direct real estate, private equity, hospitality, infrastructure, impact, structured finance and operating companies. At Eurazeo he started the real asset group in 2015 that grew over €4Bn of assets and subsequently launched the impact infrastructure fund in 2021 (“Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund”).
He started his investment career in London within the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs International. Renaud then became a Partner at Soros Real Estate and a Founding Partner of Grove International Partners, a general partnership which grew to approximately $5bn of AUM. Finally, and prior to joining Eurazeo in 2014, Renaud was appointed CEO of Société de la Tour Eiffel a French REIT listed on the NYSE.
